Universal scouring product with excellent wetting and oil emulsifying properties.
UVAPEX 605
Excellent UV absorber for polyester over wider wavelength spectrum with good sublimation fastness. Efficient product to replace several UV absorbers.
UVAPEX 611
Outstanding light fastness performance for difficult shades for automotive applications. Can be used in conjunction with other UV absorbers to improve the UV protection across very wide wavelength range.
APEXLUBE 566
Highly effective fiber to fiber and fiber to metal lubricant for high stretch polyester in jet dyeing. Prevents creasing and does not impact stretch recovery.

Highly effective durable water repellent for cellulosics and synthetics. No need for additional cross-linkers.

Economic water repellent for synthetic and natural fibers that works well with flame retardants as it adds less fuel than standard products on the market.

Effective NON FLUORO water repellent that is effective on all fabric types and at low cure temperatures.

DIGITAL & SCREEN PRINTING
Apexical has auxiliaries that improve print yield and improve crock fastness for both digital and screen printing.
PRINTASSIST CL/BI
Two part pre-treatment system to give excellent color yield, rub fastness and wash fastness for digital pigment inks on cellulosics, blends and polyester. Two parts allows for optimization for different fabrics.
PRINTASSIST JBA/9013
Economical polyacrylates available for use in pigment printing and continuous pad dyeing of cotton, polyester/cotton blends and 100% polyester fabric. May be used with a wide variety of dyestuffs. These include pigment, disperse, reactive, vat, and sulfur dyes. PRINTASSIST 9013 does not impact systems where flame retardants are also used.
PRINTASSIST DRL-170
Synthetic thickener for producing print pastes with very good flowing properties and excellent printing behavior on the most challenging fabrics.

Recylcing
Environmental awareness to the build-up, disposal and renewability of the plastics industry has allowed Apexical to provide solutions to this industry by increasing the efficiency of the washing of PET flakes for both bottle to bottle and bottle to fiber industries. The two main focus areas that we have are on the detergent and the defoaming chemistries to work in conjunction with caustic systems.
APEXIWASH 225
Economical detergent for efficient dispersing and removal of organic soils and adhesives during the wash cycle of PES flakes. Detergent is designed to significantly lower the level of caustic required and subsequent acid to neutralize bath – impact on waste water (COD) is improved.
WASHAPEX NW-35
Unique formulation designed to efficiently disperse and remove organic soils and adhesives from contaminated PES flakes. Can also be used on HDPE wash lines.
DEFOAMER PET
Silicone defoamer designed for maximum foam control in a variety of water-based chemical processes.

MC 1285
Excellent cleaning agent especially designed for all types of textile dyeing equipment. When used for dyestuff, trimer and miscellaneous buildups it effectively dissolves and removes deposits from pressurized dyeing equipment, as well as heat exchangers.
REDUXALL GT
Powerful reducing agent based on thiourea dioxide for use in many areas: machinery cleaning; reduction cleaning of polyester; stripping of dyed goods; de-inking of paper and bleaching of wool.
